As a prospective doctor, students who graduate from the Doctor Professional Study Program actually have the opportunity to learn professional ethics during their education period. However, with the large number of materials and skills that must be learned in a relatively short period of education (4 semesters), there is a possibility that the material for professional ethics, including the doctor’s oath, does not receive sufficient attention. In addition, new doctors also need to receive information about the professional organizations that will accommodate them in the future, as well as about internships.
The Chairperson of the IDI Semarang City Branch provided knowledge about medical ethics, doctor’s oath as well as an introduction to medical professional organizations and internships to prospective new doctors of FK Undip on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 in Meeting Room I, 2nd floor of Building B, FK UNDIP Tembalang and implemented in a hybrid (online & Offline). In addition to the Head of IDI Semarang City Branch, there were also 5 resource persons who provided the briefing, including the Chair of IKA Medica, Chair of IDI Central Java Region, KPS Master of Biomedical Sciences, FK UNDIP Semarang, Head of the Doctoral Professional Education Study Program, and Prof.dr. M. Tohar Arifin, Sp.BS(K).,Ph.D.PA.
In addition to providing debriefing, this event was also used to conduct a Judiciary for Coas who had passed the UKMPPD exam for the August 2022 period.
